Hi, I’m Molly Trapp, and I’m passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals here in beautiful San Luis Obispo County. My journey into real estate started after 20 years as a Registered Dietitian and raising three wonderful kids. I got my real estate license at the beginning of 2023 and officially began working full-time in the fall. Though I primarily focus on San Luis Obispo County, my first transaction took me all the way to Shasta County – a great start to my exciting new career!
I understand the importance of finding the right home and how life’s transitions can shape those decisions. My background in nutrition taught me how to connect with people, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the best solutions – skills that now serve me well as a Realtor. Raising and homeschooling my children also gave me the flexibility to develop patience, creativity, and organization, which I now use to help my clients navigate the buying, selling, and investing processes with ease.
When I’m not working, I’m enjoying life with my husband, whom I met at a summer camp when we were teenagers. We didn’t start dating until our late 20s, but now, almost 20 years later, we’re still on life’s adventure together. Our youngest is still homeschooled part-time, while our two older children are in high school – one is even a senior this year!
